James Wright, Partner
Mr. Wright spent 13 years in the IT staffing industry in Silicon Valley before moving back to Rhode Island and joining BRIDGE. Mr. Wright's most recent experience was as the Senior Director of HR and Recruiting at ThinkLink, a Communications ASP start-up in San Francisco. Prior to ThinkLink, Mr. Wright co-founded a contract IT staffing firm, Encore Technical Staffing, and worked in senior operations, project management, and marketing roles at Advance Technology Staffing, a leading contract IT staffing firm in the Bay Area. Mr. Wright has been published and quoted extensively on the employment industry, recruiting, and the state of the job market. He has a BA from Vassar College and a Master's from San Francisco State University. James lives in Jamestown with his wife, twin boys, and baby daughter. |

Joe Devine, Partner
Mr. Devine has over 25 years of experience in engineering and information technology. Mr. Devine is the primary client contact for Bridge. Before joining BRIDGE, Mr. Devine held senior management positions at AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Electro-Films, Inc., and Mupac Corporation. Mr. Devine holds a BSIE and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. Joe lives in East Greenwich with his wife and four daughters. |

Tom Calabrese, Director, Information Security Practice
Tom Calabrese has had a 25 year career in information technology, most recently having been the Vice President of R&D for a Cisco owned subsidiary. Tom also worked for AT&T/NCR as Director of Technology Services, Digital Equipment Corporation as a Network Consultant, and Timeplex as a Software Engineer. Author of the text "Information Security Intelligence: Cryptographic Principles & Applications" (Delmar/Thomson 2004), Tom holds a BA from New York University in computer science, a Master of Science in computer science from Villanova, and will complete his doctorate at University of Connecticut in May of 2009. Tom is also currently working as an Associate Professor at Johnson & Wales University, where he teaches a variety of courses in computer and information science with a particular interest in networking and information security. Tom lives with his wife and three children in Northeast Connecticut. |

Thomas Dobbing – Security Architect
Thomas started working at Bridge in June of 2008. Prior to joining Bridge he worked over 10 years as a Systems Engineer at Textron. He worked 2 years at Computer Science Corporation as a Computer Scientist. He holds B.S. degree in Business Administration majoring in Management Information Systems from the University of Rhode Island. |

Kristi Brewster, Senior Recruiter
Kristi started working at Bridge in September of 2005. She was previously employed at Computer Sciences Corporation for 4 years as a Technical Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator. Prior to Kristi’s employment at Computer Sciences Corporation, she worked at Mariner Health Care as a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Administrator and Benefits Specialist. She holds a B.S. Degree in Business with a minor in Human Resources from the University of New Haven in Connecticut. |

Jon Samolis, Recruiter
Jonathan Samolis joined the recruiting team at BRIDGE in the Spring of 2008. Prior to joining BRIDGE, Jon recruited IT professionals in Providence, Rhode Island. Jon received a B.A. from Mercyhurst College in Business Management, a Masters Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Rhode Island, and a Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams School of Law. Jon is a Chicago native and currently resides in Providence, Rhode Island. |

Amy McDermott, Recruiter
Amy McDermott started working at BRIDGE in June of 2008 after graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a B.A. in Psychology and Women’s Studies. While attending URI she was very involved in campus activities, including holding a recruiter position for the Student Entertainment Committee. Amy is very excited to be a part of the BRIDGE recruiting team and currently resides in Warwick, RI. |

Kelly Hammond
Kelly Hammond started working at BRIDGE in the spring of 2010. She became an alumna of the University of Rhode Island in 2008, having spent her four years studying both Marketing and Communication Studies, with a minor in Italian Studies. She is very excited to put her skills to work at BRIDGE, as well as learn from all of her fantastic co-workers along the way. Kelly is a native of Albany, New York and currently resides in East Greenwich, RI.

Mike Mollo, Database Manager
Mr. Mollo started his IT career more than 40 years ago after attending Bryant College and enlisting in the Army. Mr. Mollo has been in the IT industry from its inception, witnessing the transformation from primary technology to stored programming, multiple database systems, networks/servers and the .NET world. Mr. Mollo progressed from programmer, to IT Auditor for Fleet, to management positions for two consulting firms and then to the responsibilities of Manager of Systems and Programming for a staff of 25 people for Cranston Print Works. He now resides in Tiverton, RI, with his wife. |

Colin Barako – Regional Account Manager
Colin joined the BRIDGE sales team in December of 09’. Colin has over 6 years of IT staffing experience primarily in the Boston market in a variety of different roles which include recruiter, staffing consultant as well as account manager. Prior to working for BRIDGE he had worked for such companies as Comsys, Benchmark HR Solutions, Revenio, Inc. and Edge Technology Services. He holds a BS in Soil Science from the University of New Hampshire and currently resides in Barrington, RI. |
